Returns
We accept cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
Please note that we do not issue full refunds for orders that are refused and do not reach the recipient.
If the return was caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fees. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days of product delivery. To return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition it was delivered in. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification that the return has been received. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time period.
Defective/defective products
If you believe you have received an incorrect product or a defective product, we require proof/documentation to authenticate the product. Please send us sufficient videos/photos and a written explanation of what is wrong with your order.
Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact the credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to post. Once you have done everything, email support@qtlife.co.uk.
